Everyone there is just plain rude, they act like you're a bother to them. It's as if they think you're the luckiest person in the world to have an account with them and you should be grateful that they even talk to you. My mom was thinking of opening an account there and I've already warned her away from them, now I'm going to tell everyone I can to pick somewhere else.
I have banked with Ascend for four years . The last year was nothing , but a struggle with them . I have had a car loan with them also for the last three years . I have never been behide on a car payment . They treated me today as if I was a criminal writing hot checks. They charged me 150 dollars in overdrafts when I had plenty of money in my bank account . They would only return 75 dollars of MY money all because I had deposited my check through the Atm . Which I was unaware of the hold they put on them when you do so . I would advise anyone who banked with them to check your bank statements and see how much money they take for your account in "overdraft fees " !!! 》》》》》》》 No you can call me when you want to fix my account . Till then I will no longer being doing bussiness with Ascend !!!
Most unsecured bank I ever seen with personal information. Do not join.
Been with Ascends for years now. Have had multiple car loans and a line of credit loan with no issues. I even opened saving accounts for my under aged kids. Would highly recommend!
