Prepaid [over paid] tag and title fee in a cash purchase of a suv. Two weeks later received from Tims Motors the paperwork that they should have mailed to the county clerk with a check to issue the tag. Instead Tims attached a note for me to take the paperwork to the county clerk. I had to pay for the tag again.
I called Tims and was given the excuse that they (she) 'forgot to adjust the sale agreement'. I thought this dealer was different, but no.
