I would have given a zero if I could. This location doesn't like to answer their phones. It took me three days to finally reach them. Other locations are great and friendly. I would not do business at McMinnville Tn. location.
Had a to rent a car while my truck was fixed after hitting a deer. Everything was smooth and Flawless through my insurance company and the pickup and drop-off with great with great customer service.

I'm highly pleased . It is the second or third time I've had to use Enterprise. They have been very helpful and courteous and obliging. Their vehicles are clean and when they don't have a vehicle that I request they upgrade to a larger size for the same quote as a smaller vehicle. I was given a full size truck that I needed for my work as a full size car. Comparing to Hertz they're way less expensive. I am VERY PLEASED WITH ENTERPRISE.
