Dr. Reilly and her staff are amazing at what they do. Even when I first started as a new patient, everyone was always warm and inviting. They took their time to explain things to me so that I could better understand everything that was happening. The wait really isn't long and the staff is just great.

I started getting my prenatal care here after a bad experience with Arizons Obstetrics and Gynecology. I absolutely loved the nurse practitioner that I spoke to on my first visit. She made me feel at home and she was super informative.

I got pregnant in 2015 and had my baby in 2016, and had my prenatal care here. First of all let me say that the nurses and desk staff are great. They were very attentive and tried their best to answer and help with any questions I had, but they were not the problem. My doctor was Dr Riley. I had heard a bunch of dramatic rumors of her really messing up pregnancies and birth, but considering what rumors are I decided to give her a chance, besides she was the closest one. I regret every second I didn't ask for relatives to drive me out of town to a different obgyn. I only physically saw her twice during my ENTIRE pregnancy. Towards the end I had appointments once a week and each time I was supposed to meet with her she'd either be busy or delivering somewhere else. My ultrasound nurse told me more about what was going on than she did. I had high blood pressure, extreme swelling, anemia, and protein in my pee, and although she explained what that meant, she didn't tell me anything that I could do to help it, and acted like they weren't big problems when anemia can cause miscarriage and infertility. I ended up stumbling upon what I was supposed to have been told while reading about it online. Another thing is that my baby was measuring far ahead(23 inches long at birth and I'm only 5'2) and she didn't let me induce until 3 days before the due date because she didn't know my conception date(which I told Namaste I knew multiple times and had an early ultrasound from another clinic where I was 4 weeks along) When I was induced, she was 3 hours late. I had never had a baby and didn't know anything about prenatal care or birth, so I didn't know once you have your water broke it's impossible to stop labor and try to be induced again. So of course me not knowing this or thinking I had a choice at the time Dr Riley pops my water at 5 dilated, which sends my baby in distress and I have to have an emergency c-section despite having made it perfectly clear that I was TERRIFIED of having a c-section during the two whole times I saw her and wanted a natural as possible birth. Then she had the nerve to say "This is why I recommended getting induced earlier in your pregnancy," when HELLOOO I asked her both times I saw her if it was possible for an earlier inducement and both times she told me no! You would think an obgyn with years of experience wouldn't pop my water knowing that increases the risk of c-section and having been told that I would gladly try again if it failed the first time. After having my baby I started looking up things and the more I learned the angrier I got because I wasn't told half the things I felt I should have been as a first time mother despite all the questions I asked and appoitments I went to. Sometimes I wonder if she just didn't feel like waiting for my labor whereas a c-section is much faster and has a larger payout. I waited a long time to write this review as I hadn't decided if I would continue to go there and didn't want to be treated poorly if this had been seen by someone. Do not go here especially if you're a first time mom or have a high risk pregnancy. Overbooking has caused Dr Riley to have constant lateness and lack of proper attention towards patients. Again the staff was fantastic and were super nice, but I will not ever be going back because of my experience with Dr Riley.

I love going here

The nurses are very kind and only takes a few minutes. In and out trip.
