Staff is extremely rude! After trying to get records for a month and only getting a couple pages called to get the rest was told she didn't have time to mess with me to call back. Called back and was trying to ask about how to get rest was told to stop yelling when I wasn't and then hung up on!
Theresa is fantastic, very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend this walk in clinic. Also seems to be more affordable than another one I had to go to when this was closed.
They have a very friendly staff. They always help out in any way they can. I have been going there for 3 years now. I have never had any problems what so ever. Its also a very clean place. . I love Teresa and her staff. So in my opinion, anyone that writes a bad review has went there for the wrong reasons, and or they were rude to the staff first.
