I went in to see if they had some parts for my laptop and while they didn't have anything in stock, I appreciated the way they made me feel welcome and as if I was actually important. Will definitely be returning there for future computer needs.
Dropped off my tablet to get a quote on a screen repair on a Wednesday. On Friday I called to check on it and got a voicemail. No call back. On Monday u called and asked. They said they would be in touch soon. On Friday, nine days after dropping it off, I still hadn't heard from them. Data Solutions quoted the repair over the phone in two minutes. I picked it up and took it to them. Nine days and they still hadn't quoted it, I can only imagine how long on an actual repair.
Scotty resurrected my Windows 7 laptop when my hard drive died. He was able to rescue all my docs, got it done in two days, and charged a fair price. It's like having a new Windows 7 computer ... thanks to Scotty.
