Great place to buy furniture. The staff is very helpful and attentive without being pushy. Their delivery staff a polite, timely and very careful with your furniture.
Purchased a nice Lane recliner from Barr's Furniture in McMinnville for about $1200 in 2015. Its now out of its 1 year warranty and something has broken inside and it will no longer fully retract into the upright position.

"Just say NO to customer service" is Barr's motto. I've never seen a business so aloof and disengaged in my life. But they are very polite in their dismissive disinterest in their customers, I will give them that.
Pick a different furniture retailer in the McMinnville area, one that will stand behind the products they sell. Barr's doesn't. The customer is an inconvenience to Barr's the moment they've got your money and you walk out the door.
If you purchase a very expensive piece of furniture at Barr's, the day after your warranty expires you are out of luck. And that could be as short a period as 1 year later.
