Generations of Middlesboro; the facility in Middlesboro, Kentucky is not a great place for anyone to work for or be a resident at. There are problems with abuse and neglect. The residents are over-medicated, lack of medical and dental care, and you have workers not doing their job duties and responsibilities including the Administrator herself. April Bennett; the current Administrator slammed the door in a resident's face whom has been at the facility longer than any other resident. The Administrator was sipping on Apple Moonshine that a former Maintenance worker Seth made and left early where she got sick. There is sewage backing up in the facility and coming from up under the building. There has been times where resident's are not fed enough and begging for more food to eat. Over half the resident's have weight loss due to malnutrition. I can keep going on about issues with this facility but I am just urging people to really research and go look at this facility especially. Thanks and God Bless You!
