I've been taking my son and daughter for over a year now. I love Dr. Andrews and he has always been excellent, but today I drove 45 minutes from my house and it was pouring down rain & I arrived 3 minutes late. Appointment was at 9:30 & I arrived at 9:33 the lady at the front desk said we have a late policy so you are going to have to reschedule. Due to being 3 minutes late of which I would have sat in the lobby waiting to be seen. I understand being on time and could see if it were a continuous thing, but this was the first time I can recall of being late. I just switched both of my children to Tennessee Pediatrics & told them about the incident & all of the nurses thought it was ridiculous & actually laughable. And they do not have a late period said if it is a circumstance such as weather or just being late in general just call them and let them know because they understand.
My wife chose this doctor and our four year old had to get her shots for school, I think that was the fast I've ever seen a kid stuck with a needle!!! It was so smooth and quick she didn't even cry they made her feel so much better about getting shots.
Dr. Andrews is a great doctor. Staff is all very friendly. My daughter loves the different rooms.
I love all the Dr's and nurses here. They are very nice, caring, and helpful. I have always been satisfied with the level of care that my boys and I have received.
Absolutely love this place! My children remember the names of everyone and they have gotten to the root cause of all of their health issues! I won't go anywhere else!
