They need to get some help there at the McMinnville office or something. I have went there time after time and either the one person working doesn't have change to give you back, he rolled his eyes at me and said now i have to go back to the bank, or the older lady is so slow you are in there forever seems like just to pay your bill. I went in today to pay my bill, she was with a customer so i waited and waited and waited finally I said i dont have time for this and had to leave and was late for work. Now my payment will be late because i cant make it back in there until Friday to pay on it, therefore my payment will be 2 days late. Time before that it was the man he was with a customer and again i waited for 20 minutes for him to discuss a religion conversation with the customer. It should not take that long to go pay your insurance bill directly. They need help please get some people in there that are fast and accurate and know what they are doing or i will be forced to go elsewhere thank you
