Once we got into our room it was disgusting. The toilet was not cleaned. On the comforters there are huge burn holes as well as on the sheets. And there was an ashtray in our non-smoking room.There is no hair dryer, no iron/ironing board as indicated on their website. The only good thing about the room was that there weren't any bugs.
WiFi is okay. The breakfast is just cereal. Very few channels on tv. The mini fridge froze my food. Very small. Not great quality shampoo or provided coffee in the room. Also the cleanliness of the room is very questionable. Quite a few stains on the bedding. No guide provided for the TV channels. And only delivery number given for food is dominos. Won't be returning here.
We can start with the horrible attitude and customer service of THE OWNER, who didn't make us feel welcomed. This was a smoke-free hotel, or at least that's what they claimed. When we got out of the elevator the third floor smelled like cigarette smoke and it was very hot. No air in the halls.
We did visit during the eclipse so every other hotel within an hour was fully booked. The manager refused to refund because it was prepaid through a third party website and it was "too late". The "Deluxe Continental Breakfast" is a joke. Plan on buying your own meal. Plan on just not coming here.
Umm, continental breakfast. Yeah, watered down coffee and a gallon of milk on counter. Customer service, no one is ever around, when you ring for assistance they look and treat you like you annoyed them. I can go on, look for another place to stay....
DO NOT STAY HERE. I wouldn't even give this place a star if I didn't have to.
Hard working and friendly staff. The facility is obviously old and needs refurbishing. The breakfast is very limited, but it is free and edible. Kudos to ABV for NOT raising prices for the eclipse. I doubt I would stay again, but it was the last room available. Next time I should plan ahead.
Perfect spot has all the stores one would need . The rooms were very nice and kept up great.
