The staff, esp the male tech., was rude & ill mannered. Make u wait 30 mins b4 informing u they can't or won't fill ur Rx. Will not do business there ever again.
I was very sad when another local hometown pharmacy went out of business and after going to Walgreens for awhile, I knew that I had to find another locally owned pharmacy instead of a chain. The staff at Sullivan's are always kind. I've never had to wait more than 10-15 min for a pickup. I'd much rather give my business to a place like this than a chain where you're treated as nothing more than a number.
Locally owned employees are down home friendly not many pharmacies left like this. They know your name when you walk through the door your not just a number! The male tech seems to me not to be friendliest person there but ask for someone else and let owner Don Sullivan know your problem he is very respectful and will listen to you.
