Needed porta-pottie rental at last minute's notice (noon Saturday for Sunday event) and after calling several sources, Cathey's was THE ONLY one that was able to help. They delivered what was needed within a few hours. We will definitely use them again! THANK YOU!

EXTREMELY poor service. I called on Monday 9/12, and left a message. My call was returned, whereupon I explained I needed a porta potty for an event on Saturday, 9/17. The lady was very nice, quoted me a price, asked if it was ok that it be delivered on Friday which I said yes of course, and she said they would call when their driver was on his way. Fast forward to today, 9/16, and after calling the same number and leaving messages three separate times asking if they knew an estimated time of delivery (it was supposed to be delivered to a business, so I wanted to make sure it was coming before the business closed), I never received a call back. I tracked down a second number for the business, which a man answered and said they had no record of me ordering one, but would get one on the way and call me to let me know when it would be here. The same man calls me back about 5 minutes later telling me they don't service my area, and that the lady wouldn't have told me they were bringing one because she knows they don't service my area, and that the price she quoted me wasn't the price they charge so I must have called someone else. I read the number off of my phone from Monday 9/12 where I called and the call was returned and asked if that was their number. He said yes it is, but she wouldn't have called me back and told me they were bringing it, so I must be confused. Another business had used Cathey's in the past and recommended them to me, so they were the ONLY porta potty business I called, and didn't need to call any others because their employee told me they would be delivering a porta potty to me today. Now I have an event starting first thing in the morning with 200+ people and no porta potties. This is by far the WORST experience I've ever even heard of, let alone experienced, and I HIGHLY recommend everyone stay away from this extremely unprofessional business.
The lady I spoke with on the phone was completely nice and understanding about needing a last-minute Porta-Potty for reconstructing of our home the young man that delivered the Porta-Potty was very nice until that is a few days later he returned to clean it he must have been unaware that somebody was at the house cuz I caught the young man smoking meth PiPe after he serviced our toilet then my brother and I witnessed the same man that delivered the toilet sitting on our property rolling a 'cigar' not professional to do drugs on the job. Someone should be notified. Heavy truck and driver under the influence.
