The police harass you over there
The place to live is not bad. Hound the manager enough and he will do what you need. But they will figure out a way to not give you your deposit back! Thats for sure! I liked living there for the most part but it was pretty loud sometimes and the cops were there late at night 1-2 times per week. But it was much better than other places in Mcminnville I had lived!
