I remember when Jackie or someone under him stated it cost more to feed the k9 for a day than an detains I think that's sad. If lived here all my life the population has stayed the same or went down in the last 20 yrs why has the number of people waiting for trail being incarcerated increased by nearly triple the population of Warren co. Has not tripled. We build a new jail in just the last ten years it's already overcrowded. I guess if you build it they will fill it. Someone should look into this it doesn't make sense. By the way if I turn up missing or anything you know where to start the search. And non violent crime has been going down for over a decade why does Warren county incarerarate 3to4% in jail and prison or but them on private companies to be are probation and get paid 45$ a month so thay can't pay on fine or cost so six months probation sentence can become a six yr probation sentence for j walking because when you take your 50$ a month on fine only 5$ goes to your fine the 45$ goes to a private company so it is an envelope to keep people from moving on bettering thier life but they can't get off probation because the private company wants poor people to never get off and got forbid you don't are not able to pay the 45$ they will through you in jail. People the system s broken we have to fix it.
