Initially had a good experience when spending money, $160 + on a pair of Red Wings but when I went to return them under the 30-day comfort guarantee they refused to take them back, gave me the number for Red Wing, and basically said I should of bought Timberlands. Now, this might sound like I'm giving them a hard time, but the lady running or maybe the owner even, talked these particular Red Wings up, saying these are the most comfortable and her grandson or son, whichever, only wears these, and talked me out of the Timberlands I was going to buy initially. With that said, Red Wing was contacted and will honor the warranty, so I took my $$ to Shoe Sensation at the 3star mall and got the Timberlands I wanted in the first place. I'll never return to Shoe Shack.
I love shopping at Shoe Shack. The owners are very knowledgeable about the shoes. I also love that it is home owned and operated. I would rather shop a small business than a corporate owned one.
