Be sure to visit the caves. You will be amazed at the Rock formations. The guided tour takes about an hour and a half. If you are in moderate shape you can do the entire tour. If you have trouble using stairs, you can sit down and wait for the tour to meet you. Definitely a good cardio workout. This is a family friendly event. However getting a stroller up and down the stone stairs would be difficult.
Cumberland Caverns is an amazing place! It was super interesting and so much fun all 300ft under ground!! We did the Parts Unknown and I was a first time caver. The tour guides Alan and Cody were great! Super helpful and very informative. They made the challenging hike not so challenging and tons of fun!! We will be back for sure!!!! :)
Very Interesting tour. Walk went 350 feet below surface. Huge rooms during trip. Nice cave formations.
Attended on a school field trip. Brittany and Jamie are great guides. Takes about an hour and half. Volcano room is beautiful, and can't wait to for a concert. Be prepared for steep declines and inclines.
Nice tour but kind of short. Learned some unique history of the place, but for the price was expecting a longer tour. Would be very interested in doing some of the specialized tours. That would be longer and allow you to see more of the cave.
