Worst experience ever charged me for antifreeze. That they didn't put in almost blew my car up will never be there again
They cross threaded my oil plug and said it was just worn out and take it to dealer to replace it.
Gotta love capitalism.... Owner goes on an ugly, bigotty Facebook rant. You get 1 star. Evil woman.... SAD.
Just had the worst experience I've ever had at a oil change shop. Will not come back until staff is much improved. Don't particularly care for someone appearing to be 16 years old ordering me around with no rhyme nor reason. Had to change stalls 3 times due to his lack of organization. Not for any car worth more than 10k.
Horrible experience at the mcminnville location. They broke my valve cover and told me that it would not leak oil. I took it to my mechanic and he says yes it will leak. I called the store back and they refuse to take ownership of breaking the cap even though the store manager was the one who broke it, he now says it was broken when you arrived. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
