Friendly staff, great service, clean comfortable waiting area with TV. My only complaint is they no longer accept appts for oil changes & ur not always taken in the order of ur arrival to get this service done. Maybe could institute a "take a number" upon arrival, so u can get service according to ur arrival time.
We've used this company at this particular location about 4 times now and have been highly satisfied with the customer service! This particular visit (today) we came in for two new tires, and the ones we were originally quoted for needed to be ordered and they wouldn't have them until the next morning, but we needed them today because we are taking a road trip! A very nice gentlemen offered me a better brand of tires with a $20 discount and free tire rotation! What a blessing! We love the staff at Gateway!
