I have tried to order a washing machine twice . I ordered it from the store which was my biggest misstake. Should have ordered online myself. 1st time they shipped wrong one, secound time it was damaged when I went to pick it up. Then they told me it was not available anymore. Funny thing is when I went to Murfreesboro store they had no problem ordering it and gave me 10% for my hassle in McMinnville.
Employee Micheal Young was very very helpful when I was looking for parts for my shower. But when I had to return some of my unused parts the guy named Harvey was not pleasant at all.
I have a love hate relationship with this store. Some employees ( girls at register) are great. Friendly and helpfull. But if you need help from the guys in lumber good luck with that. Also the employee named Harvey at returns desk is a total jerk. He must really hate his job to be so miserable and rude.
Beware of this Lowes.....employees can't do anything right in this store and when you do finally find one they are standing around talking to each other or hiding. No help! Piss poor management and employees lack knowledge of their products and the department they work in. Can't order windows unless the one employee that works in windows is there that day. Don't dare special order a bathroom vanity and expect it to be delivered without a hassle any time soon. If they call and say they are delivering your 5 piece appliance package don't take off work and expect them cause they aren't coming. And not even a phone call as to why they never showed up. Countless trips to this store for returns/refunds/wrong price charged/ problem after problem. My list of problems with this store goes on and on. It's hard to remodel a house and get this kind of treatment form these so called "professionals" This is the only home improvement store close to me so now I have to drive even further out of my way to go to a Home Depot. Absolutely ridiculous. They might as well just close the doors on this store. Corporate please step in and help the McMinnville Tn Lowes.
