Helpful with having big selection of replacement lawn mower parts on hand
I gave two stars because they had the parts in stock and are knowledgeable but on the flip side whoever I spoke to today was a smartass and showed me no respect as a customer. If I knew the part numbers I would've told them when I called but instead I got rushed because I wasn't understanding the questions. I had my manual in my hand so I wasn't a random person calling without knowing what brand mower I have. I'll never spend another dollar there.
I don't know why they ask for your phone number, they never call you when your lawnmower is fixed. I have had numerous mowers and weed eaters fixed only because "Whiteys" is worse. They employees are rude, plain and simply.
The repair prices are fair but that skinning white haired man is really rude
Nothing is ever in stock that anyone uses, only things like weedeater line way bigger than the biggest commercial weedeater can handle. They take a month or more to 'fix' anything, when you get it back something else is wrong. By then your yard is too high to mow. They have it set up to make you give up on mowing your own yard so you can pay them to send illegal mexican slaves out to mow it. Say you want them to mow your yard in the 2 months they're tinkering with your mower? Forget it! They only mow yards for the whole year, not for two months. They own the local monopoly on everything lawn related, and continue to get rich off of our hard earned money. Now the guy owns the old BRC mulch place. First thing the guy does is push tons and tons of good usable mulch into a nice clean river. Legal? No. But who cares, its scotty keel.
