Its better than Ben Lomand for internet, but thats the only good thing.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful when we set up our bundle. The service has been great! We are quite pleased!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very rude people working for this company. I have been trying for three months to get a old bill taking care of and have faxed all the papers needed and just keep getting the round around. You would be better off going thru a different tv provider.
They let my mother get service in my name so now I owe almost $600. When I asked them why should I have to pay for this when you let someone who doesn’t even have the same last name as me use my account they basically blamed me and said it was of no fault of their own. The cherry on top is that she had done this before and we paid it the last time so when we got service through them again they assured us that no one could get it in my name but me or my spouse and that they required identification. Ben Lomand may have slower wifi but at least they haven’t encouraged theft so far.
Reliable service fast internet speed but by the way when you turn off your service you have only 30 days to pay balance before it goes to collection so don't forget u don't want your credit damaged.
